Drug dealer of Lavalette and Wayne County. How can a person get a way with slinging all the drugs they sling and get away with it. They come up my holler all the time. Eight to sixteen times a day. They get the drugs and take them back to where they live in Lavalette then sling the dope out of a trailer park some where around River City Ford. They have been doing it for a while. Some how they never get busted or caught. Slinging drugs and having kids. I guess the drug money is good. He stopped working. His girl friend has no job. They get welfare and drug money. Hopefully they get busted soon.

I just recently moved into a mobile home park in Lavalette. It is called Copley's Mobile Home Mark. It amazes me at all of the drug traffic that comes down in here. It's always to the same place. It starts at nine am and goes all night up to three am. Every single day. Nothing is being done about it. Then the person who lives behind me is constantly red lining the vehicle they have. It has no muffler on it. They do this all hours of the night. I have told the land lord multiple times. The land lord told me this was a calm place. Some of the other people that live here that I have talked to said that complaining to the land lord does no good. They said the drug traffic goes to the home of one of the land lords good friends. Then the one that is constantly being loud and having no respect for other's is a good friend of the land lords. A couple people said if they could afford to move they would. I wish I would of never settled in and moved here. A lot of the people are so worried about these two house holds that they have had to put up security cameras cause they are afraid. The land lord seemed like a good guy. Only big problem is that he does nothing to make it a safe place. I am afraid to even go out side. Or let people see me leave. Afraid I will leave come back and all of my stuff will be stolen. Or when I go to bed I will wake up to gun shots.

I live off Rt 75 near Cloverdale Street. What can be done to enforce a neighbor to remove 8 months old bags of garbage from their front porch? Cabell/Wayne health department has forced them to dispose of their garbage a couple times, it’s back again. I’ve had mice and rats infest my home from this nasty dump. The smell is really getting bad. Garbage pickup is only $9 a month. They refuse to carry trash to main road for pickup. Need help!
